Goodbye Mrs Wood

After 23 years, Mrs Wood is beginning her final week in the school office. She has bought her last packet of biscuits, is starting her final week of dinner money counting and is getting very excited about all her plans for her retirement. This week is an ideal opportunity to pop into the office before 2pm each day to say goodbye or maybe sorry for all the times you have paid dinner money or trip money late! I’m sure you will join us in wishing Mrs Wood a long and happy retirement. We hope she will keep in touch and not make us too jealous!

Mrs Morris, after 10 years in the classroom, will be stepping in to the very experienced shoes of Mrs Wood. A daunting prospect…

  • Year 1 tried to measure objects in a very windy forest school today. They measured in cm using a ruler. Read more
  • Year 1 enjoyed sharing their favourite toys today. They discussed the properties of the material their toys were made from. Read more
  • Christmas dinner is available for those children who normally have packed lunch. Please come to the dinner centre this Thurs / Fri at 9am to book. The cost of the lunch is £2. Thank you.
