Parent Governor Vote February 2020

12th February 2020

To:  all parents/carers (1 letter per family); non-custodial parents/carers

Dear Parent/Carer,

Election of parent governor

We wrote to you on 22nd January 2020 asking for nominations from parents who wished to serve on the School’s Governing Body.

We have received 4 nominations and, as there is only 1 vacancy, it will be necessary to hold an election.

Each parent/carer is entitled to one ballot paper.  Voting will take place in the school office from Wednesday 12th February to Wednesday 26th February 2020 at 12.00 noon. Alternatively, download a voting slip from our website and email it back to vote@wyborne.greenwich.sch.uk.

On the ballot paper you will be able to vote for 1 candidate.  Papers with more than the permitted number of votes will be disallowed.

Candidate statements will be placed on our website and are also attached to this letter.  Please do read these before making your decision.

Yours faithfully

Mr J Searjeant

Headteacher
